1.      Call to Order.

 

2.      Minutes of the October 26, 2005 and November 16, 2005 meetings.

3.      A public hearing, discussion, and appropriate action regarding a request by Reed Moore, 126 S. Tower, for a variance to the Zoning Code, Section 78-16(b), which requires a minimum lot size of 2 acres in the R-1 district.    

 

4.      A public hearing, discussion, and appropriate action regarding a request by Barry Wulfe, 409 Winding Way, for a variance to the Zoning Code, Section 78-16(b)5a, which requires a setback of 25 feet from the rear and side property lines in the R-1 district.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

 

5.      Communications with the City Administrator.

 

6.      Adjourn.

 

The Board of Adjustment reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development).
