BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

1.      Call to Order.

 

2.      Minutes of June 20, 2005.

                       

3.      A public hearing, discussion, and appropriate action regarding a request by Frank Fichtel, 213 Winding Way, for variances to the the Zoning Code, Ordinance 929:

a.      Section 5(D), to maintain the existing home while building a new home on the property

b.      Section 16B3(a), to maintain extended family quarters of over 1,000 square feet.

c.      Section B5(c), to allow extended family quarters in front of the front line of the residence.

d.      Section B5(c), to allow existing garage in front of the front line of the residence.

e.      Section B5(c), to allow existing storage room in front of the front line of the residence.

f.        Section B5(c), to allow existing pool in front of the front line of the residence.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

 

4.      Communications with the City Administrator.

 

5.      Adjourn.

 

The Board of Adjustment reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development).
