Zoning Code, Ordinance 929:

Section 5(D), to maintain the existing home while
building a new home on the property
b.
Section 16B3(a), to maintain extended family
quarters of over 1,000 square feet.
c. Section
B5(c), to allow extended family quarters in front of the front line of the
residence.
d.
Section B5(c), to allow existing garage in front of
the front line of the residence.
e.
Section B5(c), to allow existing storage room in
front of the front line of the residence.
f.
Section B5(c), to allow existing pool in front of
the front line of the residence.

Communications with the City Administrator.
