1. Call to Order.

2. Discussion/action regarding approval of the meeting minutes of September 29, 2004, and March 3, 2005.

3. A public hearing, discussion, and appropriate action regarding a request by Mark Herzberg, 216 Winding Way, for a variance to the Zoning Code Ordinance 929 Section 16 Item (B)(3) to construct extended family quarters in excess of 1,000 square feet.

4. Communications with the City Administrator.

5. Adjourn.

The Board of Adjustment reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development).
