City Council

7. February 28, 2006 financial statement.
8. An ordinance providing for the extension of the City of Hill Country Village city limits by the annexation, at the request of the property owner, of approximately 4.086 acres of land known as Artisans’ Alley and approving a service plan for the area.
9. An ordinance designating a Zoning District for approximately 4.086 acres known as Artisans’ Alley, 555 W. Bitters Rd.
10. A resolution authorizing and creating a Neighborhood Empowerment Zone of approximately 4.086 acres in conformance with the applicable provision of Chapter 378 of the Texas Local Government Code and authorizing and directing the Mayor to sign a Sales Tax Refund Agreement with Artisans’ Alley, Inc., a Texas Corporation, for property refurbishment.
11. An ordinance extending the City’s waste collection service contract and franchise agreement with Waste Management for one month term beginning April 1, 2006 and ending April 30, 2006 and providing for discussion regarding a new solid waste collection service contract and franchise agreement beginning May 1, 2006.
12. An ordinance adopting the 2003 International Building Codes with amendments.
13. Discussion regarding the possible payoff of Series 2000 General Obligation
Bonds.
14. A request for a variance to Ordinance 863, regulating signage, for The Rustic Mile, 13807 San Pedro.

session. Council may take action only in
open session.
The City
Council for the City of Hill Country Village will meet in Executive Session
under Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.071: Consultation with Attorney; Pending or
Contemplated Litigation,
15. Discussion/action regarding pending litigation styled Susan Heck, Plaintiff, versus City of Hill Country Village, Texas, Defendant.

The Council

reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the
course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as
authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with
Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations
about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations
about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development). No action may be taken in Executive Session.
