City Administrator David J. Harris at the International City/County Management
Association conference in Minneapolis September 24-28, 2005, and appropriate
budgetary transfer.
6. Approving the attendance of
City Administrator David J. Harris at the Texas Office of the Attorney
General’s Open Government Conference December 11-14, 2005, in Austin.
7. An ordinance accepting the resignation of Elizabeth Rodriguez as Relief Officer effective September 27, 2005.
Individual Items for Consideration:
City Council cannot discuss any presented issue, nor may any action
be taken on any issue at this time, except that a statement of fact, including
policy, may be made if responsive to an issue presented (AG opinion JC-0169).

10. An ordinance regulating solid waste, brush, and the trimming of trees, establishing fees; and providing a penalty by fine for violation of its provisions. (10 minutes)

Interlocal Agreement with Bexar Met Water District. (10 minutes)
12. A report from the Chief of Police regarding traffic data collected in the City, and appropriate discussion. (10 minutes)
13. An update on the existing Emergency Services Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Hollywood Park and considering an ordinance adopting an Interlocal Agreement with the City of San Antonio for Fire and Ambulance services. (15 minutes)

City Council for the City of Hill Country Village will meet in Executive

into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss
any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code
Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about
Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074
(Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086
(Economic Development). No action may
be taken in Executive Session.
