BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

1. Call to Order.

2. A public hearing, discussion, and appropriate action regarding a request by Bandera-1604 LLC, 14607 San Pedro, for a variance to the Zoning Code, Ordinance 929, Section 16B(1), which requires a minimum lot size of 2 acres in the R-1 district.

3. Communications with the City Administrator.

4. Adjourn.

The Board of Adjustment reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development).
